Each office is dentist-owned, so the individual office will be as good as that dentist. The fact that they partner with a large umbrella allows them the ability to offer GREAT benefits. Ive been here 7 months (with a great owner-dentist) and I'm very happy with my choice.

Patient compliments and appreciation from boss

Flexible scheduling around my work to get me a time to meet without jeopordizing the job I had
What are some of the best things about your team?
It starts from from the top. We are shown respect from boss, and we all show respect to eachother. This is my 7 month here opinion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I basically answer to one person, the owner-dentist. Who happens to lead by example and treats us great. We are fast-paced, its exhausting, but we are shown appreciation.
