What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders who are good, are great. Unfortunately the few bad apples have too much power and aren't willing to listen, change etc.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Layoff and reorg left us with brand new shiney Managment who has no knowledge of what we do.
Take off the blinders. Give some thought to why turnover is so high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonuses are definitely nice.

I make less than the man that did the same job before me.
Men are higher paid than women.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pacific Life offshored IT. It is hard to communicate with a coworkrs in India.
Hire better managers, ones that know how to delegate work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Value integrity and reputation. Most people are nice
