The leaders who are good, are great. Unfortunately the few bad apples have too much power and aren't willing to listen, change etc.

Following up with employee concerns. Less boards to address the issues and more actually changing the culture for the better.
Layoff and reorg left us with brand new shiney Managment who has no knowledge of what we do.
Take off the blinders. Give some thought to why turnover is so high.
