Following up with employee concerns. Less boards to address the issues and more actually changing the culture for the better.
The leaders who are good, are great. Unfortunately the few bad apples have too much power and aren't willing to listen, change etc.
Strong financial strength. Mutual Company that is conservative.
I can't get my money because it was sent into the wrong CashApp now nobody wants to help me fix it
