What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our current leadership team is great and a big improvement over the last VP.
The ED was great going from BOM to ED once getting a RCFE
My direct manager is great to work for.

SHAWNA TOLBERT WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAVAILABLE AND RUDE
A better regional director in Washington for Kenmore a better CEO that cares about the employees and residents because without them they wouldn't have anything or money
Knowledge. Leadership skills. Favoritism. Managerial skills.
No communication at all. There's no fairness.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Company's pay is really a joke, fast food workers make more money!
FUTILE FUTILITY WORST COMPANY WITH EXPENSIVE INSURANCE OFFERED
Of course all employees feel that way you work your but off and get nothing no raises no nothing
No retirement, horrible healthcare benifits, no one cares
Benefits. And pay is low. Mcdonald employees receive better benefits and pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co workers are decently but thats because i choose staff and once they were shown how it is they would leave
We all work well together
We work and come together as a team because we can't count on all managers or top managers to do the same unfortunately

The people and property teams .
Everyone gets along with each other

New corprate stratagies. New reigonal staff.
Some staff upper staff and pay and better care towards residents

The were very detailed yet friendly
They wanted to make sure you are qualified for the position.

It was laid back, nothing out of the ordinary

not traveling 90 miles for a 10 minute interview
What makes you most happy at work?
Improving my property and the homes of our tenants.

THIS COMPANY RENTS UNITS THAT HAVE NO HOT WATER, NO PARKING, MOLD
They have to look at how the employees and residents are treated by management
