I appreciate the amount if PTO i get and other benefits with health insurance and 401k

Hourly rate and insurances are fair

Everything is great just some people are rude

Everything is great inside the compensation package.

Since I work there I have only had bad experiences, I'm still there because I need the job

Better dental be nice.i have $1,500 in unused benifits and i cant get a tooth pulled to save my life.

I would feel more appreciated if whenever I try to do my job the proper way I would not be threatened with termination. I am a lead. As a member of management is all of our job to make sure that the associates are working safely so that no one gets hurt.

Treated fairly have an opportunity to get a promotional and raise

Im under paid and when i ask for a raise its always budget this and budget that

its a very heavy work load and we need to be paid accordingly

A new site manager would be sufficient

Being paid fair also being treated like a person instead of a dog it's always one sided with upper management it's way or no way causing many people quit

Because I'm not the people person they want me to be. I interact with the people I have to and stay to myself mostly. They say I always got a attitude cause of how my demeanor on my face be. That's how they judge me. Not knowing everyone love me in my area wherever I'm at

Valuation raises every 6 months to a year would help alot

increase pay rate and increase days off
