Most of the employees are there for the same reason. To make money, so in that aspect we're all on the same page.

Better communication, better leadership, and better management. Furthermore, some "negative energy" from coworkers needs to leave
The management should be more hands on woth the workers and be more attend if whenever it comes to safety situations to ensure that no one gets hurt on the job.
