No one is left behind
I would not say team. I would not even say leadership. They are all overwhelmed and overworked. They even have to clean our plant on their own somedays.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping others when they need help
Better sense of direction with goals and company value. Better structure.
Communication, execution, payroll, raises, promotion
Everything being fair and equal to all employees
Diversity, better leader ship and understanding
Better attitude more friendly and understanding
Do not have preferences with employees just because you are family
Their leadership roles are a joke it's more of abuse of power and upper management privileges their pride gets in the way of the there are so many issues that need addressed but won't get to that point due to being cover up by upper management to make their self look good we lost so many good people
Stop giving position to people they cool with and give them to the one that really earn them. That's why alot of people quit.
They need to get better Managment
