Great place to work at

Avoid the red deer location, if your not Filipino do not come nothing but favoritism for them

Dislike the work culture over here. Everyone who works here seems to dislike what they do, and it's obvious that most of us only work here just to make money. It is hard to be motivated when everyone here seems overworked and does not want to work here.

Great job work hours as well

Only trained with a trainer that could not speak any English for three days and then put in a whole different room than I was trained in. No help from no one. Then they have me training a Spanish girl and the 2nd fay she had three people come and offer help and simpler ways of cleaning the room.

Down to earth, easy going. Willing to help.

Since I work there I have only had bad experiences, I'm still there because I need the job

I would feel more appreciated if whenever I try to do my job the proper way I would not be threatened with termination. I am a lead. As a member of management is all of our job to make sure that the associates are working safely so that no one gets hurt.

Im under paid and when i ask for a raise its always budget this and budget that

its a very heavy work load and we need to be paid accordingly

A new site manager would be sufficient

Communication is very much lacking here. It seems that many people like to do their own thing and only talk to each other when needed. Furthermore, I feel that management could be better with task delegations

ERP program and training needs to be implemented in order to be effective. The posses just point and tell us where to sign papers that says we're actually interacting in ERP practices and these practices are not being used to train your employees. I was handed a hose on my first day.

It was quick and convenient

At least for me, it was a pretty standard interview. I was mostly asked some pretty straightforward technical and behavioral questions that you would expect to hear in interviews from other recruiters.

When the job is done and the daliy opsticals are over come and the rooms released.i feel o would like to do it again.its a great feeling

The work environment in all departments being forced to work 7 days a week without being compensated or given a raise a promotion extra hours nothing makes people want to quit
