It's hard towork as a cleaner for PSSI because it's hard to work when your shift and other shifts are all under staff and running on a skeleton crew. We don't have alot of quality work even when we do have enough. I think its because of the amount of work,priority is paperwork not quality.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would not say team. I would not even say leadership. They are all overwhelmed and overworked. They even have to clean our plant on their own somedays.
