We lose so many good people over upper management their pride,ego and their think they know it all attitudes and what really gets me is upper management don't know how to clean the meat lines or the machines in the grinds department but they want to trying tell someone how to do their job

Better management decisions better leadership roles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fair also being treated like a person instead of a dog it's always one sided with upper management it's way or no way causing many people quit
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work environment in all departments being forced to work 7 days a week without being compensated or given a raise a promotion extra hours nothing makes people want to quit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their leadership roles are a joke it's more of abuse of power and upper management privileges their pride gets in the way of the there are so many issues that need addressed but won't get to that point due to being cover up by upper management to make their self look good we lost so many good people
