What did you like most about the interview process?
They make it sound good until u get hired
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to some what be able to provide for your family
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace the higher authority and stop putting there family members in beta position of the one who earn it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop giving position to people they cool with and give them to the one that really earn them. That's why alot of people quit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I'm not the people person they want me to be. I interact with the people I have to and stay to myself mostly. They say I always got a attitude cause of how my demeanor on my face be. That's how they judge me. Not knowing everyone love me in my area wherever I'm at
