Most of the employees are there for the same reason. To make money, so in that aspect we're all on the same page.

I rather not discuss this time but its a good place to be lovein and careing i can say we do take care of eachother.its like family.

It was quick and convenient
At least for me, it was a pretty standard interview. I was mostly asked some pretty straightforward technical and behavioral questions that you would expect to hear in interviews from other recruiters.
