I have worked here for years and love the support the company gives their employees

Working here is really good

Okay pay. Too much work not enough payroll. Poor upper management. Minimal focus on people development maximus focus of merchandising.

One ting that pacsun could improve is better people I think they should hire better people that have more experience in costomer service

The managers could be friendlier and could treat the rest of the staff as their friends not as people below them
