I have worked here for years and love the support the company gives their employees

Working here is really good

Okay pay. Too much work not enough payroll. Poor upper management. Minimal focus on people development maximus focus of merchandising.

Good place to grow as a team leader

Supper nice and productive and understanding

Allies in the workforce, keep an open door policy

It's really good . Everybody works hard for the store

This is based fully on market value and experience. Having several years in the fashion industry hefore starting working here i had a lot of experience snd dont feel like the pay has gone up. It doesnt add uo to the same position in other companies on the same level as Pacsun

When they know you're a hard worker they try to squeeze you for as much work as possiible with very little pay

i wish i got paid more and recognized for my hard work. i am the best associate and the managers sit on their phone and wont promote me lol

Upgraded tech inside the store as well as security

One thing that would make me feel valued is better coworkers

There are people who try to bring the team together although it isnt management.

One ting that pacsun could improve is better people I think they should hire better people that have more experience in costomer service
