i wish i got paid more and recognized for my hard work. i am the best associate and the managers sit on their phone and wont promote me lol

Regional management needs to do a better job of holding other stores accountable, we shouldn’t have to be sent to other stores constantly when some stores never send their employees at al

One ting that pacsun could improve is better people I think they should hire better people that have more experience in costomer service

The managers could be friendlier and could treat the rest of the staff as their friends not as people below them
