What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their support and caring attitude. They also really know what they are doing.

Communication and transparency. Providing growth opportunities for employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health insurance and high salary

As a whole the company trends lower than their counterparts; such causes difficulties in hiring or maintaining employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people, but they are leaving

Growth opportunities for senior people
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was fast but I got to meet quite a few people.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Shorten the timeline between interview and offer. Secondly, reduce number of people to interview with. Third, have all support orgs interview on the same day at the same time. More interaction, quicker decisions are essential.

Freedom to perform my job, and if required, management backing
