Suining Xiao holds an Associate College's degree, and is a Senior Economist. He was Executive Director and Chairman of Ping An Bank Co. Ltd. (Former Name 'Shenzhen Development Bank') (the 'Bank'). Mr. Xiao started his career in September 1968 and served as the Chief Engineer and Vice Chief Economist in Yunnan Hydropower Construction Company and Yunnan Hydropower Design Institute respectively. Mr. Xiao joined Bank of Communications in 1990, and successively assumed the posts of head of HR & Education Division, Assistant to General Manager, and Vice President in Bank of Communications Chongqing Branch; he was President of Bank of Communications Zhuhai Branch since November 1995 and President of Bank of Communications Shenzhen Branch from December 1999 to February 2007. He served as the President of the Bank from February 2007 to June 2010; he wasExecutive Director of the Bank from June 2007 to October 2012 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank from June 2010 to October 2012.
