Mr. Weijian Shan has been an Independent Director at Wilmar International Ltd., since January 1, 2018. Mr. Shan has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited till 2016. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PAG, an investment firm. He is also a Director of TCC International Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange. He is also a Governor of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association Limited.
