The people I work with and the impact we make on society.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honesty, openness, valuing the whole person (which includes their family), dogs, an ease of being while doing a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are SO much better than I even had at larger corporations. Healthcare premium totally paid for, great plan, freedom to work when and where is best for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sounds cliche, but every manager truly does care. If you want to make an impact, be appreciated for "who" you are, not just what you produce, and grow and develop, this is the place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
NO POLITICS WHATSOEVER! Seriously, it's just not tolerated. Nobody can triangulate. If you have an issue, every single person will ask, "So, when will you be speaking with him/her about that?" and "Do you need help facilitating that conversation?". I mean, seriously, does that happen ANYWHERE else?
