Out of 12 palmer employee reviews, 30% were positive. The remaining 70% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping palmer improve their work culture.
The leadership team needs to start focusing on keeping long-term employees and not having temp employees.
Need to have updated equipment so we can be more focused on production rather than trying to maintain old equipment. Supervisors need to hold backshifts accountable for any trash/messes left for other shifts. The executive team has been creating a divide between office force and production.
Each year regular employees loose or reduce benefits.
Execuitve team has been creating a divide between office force and production floor. Production workers have been losing benefits slowly over the years. There is very little communication about overtime and we are expected to keep all weekends free with no acknowledgement for our efforts.
Management has created tension between co-workers in that they are not being involved with problems on the production floor.

Employees are being pushed aside for "temp" employees. Each year we loose or reduce a benefit. We never know when we will have to work overtime. No communication from management.
Every day we come into trash/messes from previous shifts. Supervisors are only concerned with production numbers and keeping the production floor operating efficiently.
