Q&A With palmer Employees
palmer employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at palmer
Negative. Over the years the company focus has been on temp employees, reducing benefits, and just getting work done as opposed to getting work done correctly because it takes more time. Outdated equipment makes the job harder. We never know if we have to work overtime.
The company was very reasonable over a decade ago, but the current management team has created separation between office force and production floor causing an imbalance in the companies needs. Supervisors are only concerned with their production numbers, not for the good of the company as a whole.
