It is diverse. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and stages of experiences.

We are located in different offices and remote but we work well together by communicating effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
I still believe in the product. It works its great and know it will continue to take us far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing. Even though I'm a full-time employee, I'm paid as a contractor because I live in another state. We should be able to accommodate every panda no matter geographic location. Especially tenured employees.
