
It varies from manager to manager, but the expectation is that managers and employees have regular, formal feedback conversations on a regular basis -- at least once a quarter, with a requirement that the employee documents that the conversation took place. Feedback is key to the changing culture at Panduit, so it's emphasized quite a bit.
Getting better. It's expected in our new culture, and all employees are trained in how to ask for and give it. Formal feedback conversations between managers and employees are required and they just announced that they will be tracking to make sure they're actually happening.
