Lack of focus and dorection for success
Until there is a change in leadership, culture at Panzura can not change. Nepotism rules and unfortunately amazing talent is seen as a threat and doesnt last long.
As a key member of Panzura's 2020 team, I witnessed leadership issues, including lack of transparency and nepotism, contrasting their public image. My dismissal and others point to deep-rooted problems. Urging Panzura to align actions with values for success and integrity.
Awesome at the beginning but selfish behavior and next-level nepotism by the CEO have utterly destroyed the culture. Ignoring product and service problems and insane spending by CEO and her daughter have put the company in a very bad spot. Educational to watch but not otherwise recommended.
