What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about the employees
The exec team has made some changes. Bit surprised the investors approved such a large exec staff of CxO's. Perhaps their credentials are 'window dressing' .
I cant think of another team I would rather work with

Listen to the field sales and engineering teams.
Continue to communicate well and transparently.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the same as all the other companies in the industry. A little cheaper but less choice
Benefits are comparable, Stock options are great and the pay is commensurate with the experience you bring

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simple. Talked with a couple friends at other companies with similar responsibilities.

Amazing talent within the company.
We commiserate together about the lack of transparency and share the truth as we see it together. It's helpful to know you aren't frustrated alone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hiring too talent with competitive pay and equity packages.
The culture is cool but the wokeness sometimes gets in the way.
It's demanding, and challenging but supportive
The hours are sometimes long but I look forward to making a change every day
