What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most were very sweet, but could get strict too this was a drag getting so serious made everyone weary

Growup! Move into the 2025 and stop living in the past. You guys ran off a good manager who would have did a lot for this company. Came into work and the best manager we've seen there in a while had been fired for BS.
Talking to your employees, Listen to there ideas, and let them move up.
They need to give the employees more advancement opportunities
Recognition of their employees instead of micromanaging.
General manager micro manages everything from the stores to the schedules to store assignments to even bathroom breaks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
everything is expensive and money well the more the merrier
It took the GM two weeks to learn my name. We were told not to eat in the brake room but other workers eat in there and no one says anything... Compensation could be better if we had more options for free food.
Yes I feel undervalued and not respected as a human being when I am at work.
Other companies starting pay is higher than ppl working here for over 10 years plus. Raises are minuscule if you even get one.
New hires starting pay is equal to or more than employees who have been with the company for years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
caring, fun, really warm to customers
The group I work with is really good and hard working. There is no drama or fighting. We come to work to work, not to gossip or harass people.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop all the gossiping and just get to work
Training needs to be handled better. Policies need to be applied to everyone. Shift needs to be on same page in each store.
New coworkers dont care about coming to work how the stores look or following policy. Training is dismal. No supervision at night in stores
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
just the progressive HR, even if the company isn't a tech giant the biz model was good and benefits not to shabby bad for the employee cashier but probably excellent for the higher ups
The customers are great and the coworkers ( non management) are good and the time goes bye fast
Meeting all the new passengers that fly out
Work with some great coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop putting 23 year olds in high positions. Stop giving people that kind of power when they lack maturity.
Talk to your employees everyday
Constanst schedule changes and store assignments make employees not care about quality of work. No pride in stores anymore.
What did you like most about the interview process?
casual and not to difficult pretty much the interviewer said the job is easy.
It lasted about 10 minutes

By putting it right in front of you, that this what have to do, to have success here
What makes you most happy at work?
There is nothing that makes me happy while I work . I'm happy when I punch out because I'm going home .

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most employees are shuffled from one store to another constantly. Different stores everyday.
Company and managers dont care about their employees. All are just a body to them and easily replaced with whoever they can find.
