- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Growup! Move into the 2025 and stop living in the past. You guys ran off a good manager who would have did a lot for this company. Came into work and the best manager we've seen there in a while had been fired for BS.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop putting 23 year olds in high positions. Stop giving people that kind of power when they lack maturity.
