The environment is commensurate with where each employee is located with their clients. The company culture is fairly nice, but as a company we do not meet often enough to get to know how we can impact the company better, or to see how Paragon can fully support it's employees more effectively.
I have to weigh the compensation package as a whole. Being a small company doesn't always lend itself to a lot of perks, but the leadership makes strides each year to try to improve the whole package. I think I would like to see more regional gatherings as a company to help build camaraderie though
