It's been really good. I've gotten promoted to different positions and received raises appropriate to the new positions. The benefits are competitive every year and I feel like they try to work us and keep us being successful.

The fact that it's a complete package with medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and options that allow employees to select what works best for them.

The leadership team does maintain a positive work environment. They communicate with employees at different locations and hold company get-togethers. We have competitive salaries and raises.

I think the freedom to walk around to coworkers and converse about efforts being worked. It's always about getting the job done the best way possible.
