Where do I start? I feel from the CEO/President on down, the whole leadership team cares about their employees and their success.

How close our team is to one another.

Learning new things. Daily, I ask questions, and am taught something new.

My leadership team cares about me as an employee. My manager shows that daily.

Both teams i work with are amazing! I couldnt have asked for better co-workers.

I am fairly new to Paragon, however, the VP and my supervisor have been amazing.

I enjoy the work I do, and the connections I have made within Paragon, and in A6.

I feel Paragon takes care of their employees. They match our 401k, and give us free life insurance.

I feel the team I work with is the best I have worked with in quite a few years.

I love that my company matches our 401k, and they pay for extra benefits like Aura and our TSA pre check.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is amazing. How many companies in today's work force give their employees a raise every year, and we even got a bonus this year. That was amazing.

I feel the leadership Team at Paragon cares about each and everyone of their employees. It also seems as though the leadership team is always trying to do what is right by the employees as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am going to have to say that the team I work with is one of the best teams I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Also, working with employees on another contract, they are amazing as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How we are treated as though we matter. The CEO sends out emails and lets us know how appreciative he is of all of us. That means a lot, it makes things very personal. This is an amazing company to work for.
