I feel like I work with professionals at all times, everyone wants to be here and work hard to benefit the task at hand.

The entire leadership team is very responsive when needed and not overly involved when not needed. Its a great mix of leadership and trust in employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates are always willing to lend a hand. I have yet to find someone say they are too busy to assist when I had an issue.
