I have worked for this company twice and been impressed both times.

I have worked here twice for a total of 6 years, supporting 2 different organizations. The company knows I am near the end of my work life and still allows me to work and mentor newer teammates. It provides a great overall experience: good pay and benefits, good leadership, and good customers.

The positive attitude starts at the top. It is based on skills, not identities.

It is filled with top people who have exceptional skills, and we help each other. There is no in-fighting.

They know the both the customer and their jobs. They value teamwork and are easy to work with. I like them.

It is comprehensive. I do not need the healthcare benefit it provides because I am retired military, but it is a good benefit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a lot of work to do to provide the support the government requires. Internally, being allowed to do my job (which I am at ParagonTech).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They let us work without forcing a bunch of crazy rules down our throats. The CEO really believes what he tells us about it being a caring environment.
