My overall experience has been great so far. I'm newly retired from the military and this is my first attempt at a job outside of wearing the uniform. I believe with my background, that I bring something special to our team and look forward to helping with process improvement
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
After having retired from the Air Force, I was in need of employment and my skills from active duty directly translated to a position within the company. From day one, I've felt that my efforts have been valued and looking forward to continued support of the mission as long as Paragon will have me!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a shared respect for each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is super important especially now that I no longer have free healthcare through the military
What are some of the best things about your team?
All Paragon employees that I've interacted with are polite, approachable and ready to help support me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is always available to chat, are transparent and seem like they genuinely care. Thank you!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the Healthcare and PTO offerings and feel they are more than sufficient for my needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All types of different personalities and it's nice to interact with them on the days we come into the office
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super personable and willing to help if needed. We're always engaging in conversation and learning about one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team is increbile and they all bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. It makes coming in to work a pleasure and not burdensome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent when sharing information with the team and make every effort to communicate. This to me, shows that they care about their employees and helps ensure continued success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work alongside government personnel supporting the Air Force and the mission that I was a part of when on active duty. After retiring, this is the next best thing to wearing the uniform and still allows a since of camaraderie.
