What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot to say honestly. I love the leadership here and everyone is just so helpful. Probably the camaraderie.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
healthcare coverage and how I'm paid. I also really like to education benefits they give. Like paying for a course if you pass or even schooling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very easy to talk to. Whenever I have a concern, I feel like I'm heard. This makes me really want to give back and do the best I can. I love it here!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to walk-in the office and know that no matter how tough the day is, my leaders will always try to take off more on my plate rather than add on to it and stress me out. That my team will always have my back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and play hard. I know when to get serious with my team but we also know how to crack a joke here and there. This is the first work center in my 31 years of walking on this earth where I can get along with EVERYBODY here.
