Although I am physically separated from my leadership, I still feel I am close with leadership, easy to contact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the mutual respect is really important, I see it when I do have to interact with HR or Management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am truly grateful for my salary. I don't believe I am significantly underpaid; however, I see other positions in the industry as mines, I have seen about a 7% salary deference. Additionally Knowing that the cost of living has increased significantly. With that said, I am still grateful.
