Everyone has been very kind and warm. People are professional and perform many tasks that are described in the PWS. Unfortunately contracts end, and upward mobility is limited. People are always learning and teaching something new everyday. It's been a personally rewarding experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has increased the cost of living significantly, and a raise of $30,000 per year would help cover living expenses. Raises have been minimal so far.
