I wish there were more growth opportunities. I am frustrated with the curent management. Previous management knew how to stand up to the government predations over the PWS. He knew how to say NO to the goverment. The current PM seems to be struggling on how to do that. If you give them an inch....

Improve their communication & ability to speak up about problems before they get too big.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The attempt to be as thoughtful & considerate of their employees as they can. They got a Udemy subscription & have been contributing to my 401K even though I am unable to.
