Some are very cordial and show concern for others. My group is congenial and look out for each other. Many others I don't interact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a few coworkers that are intelligent and able to communicate and assist with tasks. There are a few who are positive and encouraging that help push you through the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation does not meet the industry median for the area. Understanding that companies make considerably more that what is paid, makes it difficult to process. Workers should not have to fight to be paid fairly based on local median, qualifications and experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. It is imperative to know what the employees jobs and functions are to manage well. Work life balance should be taken into account. While negotiating these contracts, the employees wages and flexibility should be considered. We should not have to fight to have a flexible hybrid schedule.
