My compensation has been essentially stagnant for over three years.

Interacting with my team, working on tough problems and finding good solutions. Making my customers happy makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base salary hasn't significantly changed in three years. Any salary increase was outpaced by the rate of inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendliness, ability to work together as a close team, even though some of us are thousands of miles apart. I also value team members that are able to function alone as necessary, able to make tough decisions, and stand by them.
