Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over three plus years of service with Paragon I have received a one time 1% cost of living increase. Increases from other companies have been 3-4% every year along with spot on bonuses for work performed above expectations, especially when CPAR's during IPR's are always BLUE.
