Great culture and care for patients

Mostly like work except for a coworker that is the absolute worst.

Disappointing. Patient care definitely takes second place to money. Staff satisfaction and safety even more so.

Generally hostile. Instead of coaching people to help them improve their performance, employees receive criticism. Standards, policies, and guidelines are not well organized and can be difficult to find. In addition policies and procedures are not kept up to date and change without notice.

I love the head, heart, together that PN stands for, and with all the changes happening I hope that motto stays center stage, our patients can only benefit from us putting them first!

Communication is lacking. Procedures and policies change without notice.

This question manipulates the answer. I like best about the leadership team is the main manager is new. I worry about strike busting from management since our contract is up this year. Retention ought to be a priority, not expecting the government to send in nurses. Treat current staff well.

My direct leaders actively listen at meetings, whether it's to take the brunt of pushback from new changes or to lend a shoulder when needed. COVID has brought our team closer. I can count on them when stuff hits the fan.

I appreciate that everyone is open-minded and can admit when mistakes are made. It makes us a better cohesive unit, it also allows us to be open-minded about and with our patients. There has been a push for inclusion and acceptance, it started before the murders of two black men, but has ramped up
