The people I work with.

Head + Heart, Together. The people I work with everyday and the role I hold on the organization.

People tend to be less judgmental

I appreciate that everyone is open-minded and can admit when mistakes are made. It makes us a better cohesive unit, it also allows us to be open-minded about and with our patients. There has been a push for inclusion and acceptance, it started before the murders of two black men, but has ramped up
