They are cool. But I think they could be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a 3% raise is a kick in the face, but that's just my opinion...
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like my coworkers that I work with everyday, but some of the others are quite rude and entitled.
