
Communication, giving more time to roll out a change. Giving proper tools and assistance to get changes rolled out smoothly and efficiently.
We work well together. We have grown into a family, dysfunctional at times, but still we know how to communicate with one another to make work go a little bit easier.
With everything that is changing, and not having the proper training to go through it all, I personally have been extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I usually can handle a challenge fairly well, but when challenges continue to pile up with no end in sight it becomes discouraging.
