Since being a part of the Parkland team it has been a wild ride, but overall everyone has done what they need to make us feel welcomed and helped us keep customers. I have felt leaders fight for us when we needed it and work very hard to insure that we have had everything we need.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting customers the best price and providing the best service. I like when our customers our happy and we are making money!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense of family here. Not only because some of us our actually family, but because everyone is part of the work family and we each do our job with ambition and excitement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is the best because we work on projects together! We are constantly helping one another while still taking our own share of the workload to accomplish the task at hand. We have fun and get work done!
