The systems and processes need to be updated. There is a lot of time waisted due to this. I do a lot of admin work instead of doing my job description. There is not enough time to be fully trained and to ask questions. Everyone is too busy with their work loads.

They are very forgiving/understanding I make a mistake.

I like that I feel comfortable to speak with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are pretty close at work and outside of work. I feel like if I ever needed help I could ask for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In AR we get to fix lots of problems that are not "ours" and yet the sales reps and other co-works are ungrateful and do not own up to their mistakes. We receive no bones for the money we collect and no annual raises. Yes I come to work and I'm grateful for a job but Incentives do make things easier
