I'm not to happy. Though trying to put a positive spin on it. But with a new company everyone is having to adjust to change and just do what I usually do.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers and the interaction I have with most of them. Makes it a great day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working well with each other for most of us. And the fun we can have around each other as we make it a happy atmostphere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immedate manager and general mananer and asst. general manager, are great and adjusting to change of company. As for the higher up in the company we were told things that we would have the same benefits as everyone. which didn't happen. Love my team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
have better medical, and better coverage over pharmancy stuff. And vacation time that i and others we were told we would get and didnt. To be treated as a person and not just a number or name. And be paid what I am worth. I feel iam just an employee and nothing more
