Lots of frustration, extra hours, stress the first 2 months were extremely unorganized with very limited training or help. now Into the 3rd month it's been better as far as work pace and knowing what we are all doing, other than big pay cut and a manager that doesn't communicate with me its fine

I only know a few people. Friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take time to sit together and eat a quick lunch. Even tough it's only typically 15 minutes or so, it's nice to chat about life, work or whatever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was moved from salary to hourly and given a $6.00 per hour pay cut after asking for compensation for all the extra hours worked and work load being doubled. Already took a pay cut when my benefits changed and now cost me twice as much as they previously did.
