A market survey of my position to include a competitive salary and bonus analysis. Allowing me the opportunity to provide input at a management level in regards to operations and sales.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organized and strategic planning at a management level to assure good communication and execution. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities along with the resources needed to perform our jobs at a high level. An example is IT and other support departments leaving support tickets open for weeks.
