sometimes I feel that our branch is on the edge so not to sure how long it will be around I hope forever because we do our best but I love where I work, who I work with and the company as a whole!

we are a family and we all care about each other and the company

we all like to have fun but yet get the work done seriously as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel most in our branch are underpaid for the jobs they do, we all carry multiple jobs to help the company succeed without complaint, but would be nice to be compensated a little more sometimes
